What items are returnable? Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment in original condition. Unused, Unwashed & Unworn with the original packaging & tags. What items are non-refundable? Free gifts or promo items. Are there any charges for return? Original shipping charge is non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Orders may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. This may be applied at the discretion of management. In most cases: A 10% restocking charge will be applied. How do I return? Enter your order number & email address in the fields & click Start a Return. Follow the instructions & select the items you want to return. You will get a confirmation email with guidelines. How soon will I get my refund? Once your return is received & inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return to be inspected for an approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
